Yes, DSS Law handles plaintiff cases on a contingency fee basis, which means you will not owe the firm anything for attorneys fees unless we win or settle your case.

What is the Rate for Handling Defense Matters?

DSS Law often represents defendants in litigation on a flat fee basis, which means you will know exactly how much your legal services will cost, and you won't be subjected to a surprise bill.  Flat fees are separated out over various stages of litigation, so you won't pay for litigation services when a case is dismissed or settles beforehand.  DSS Law will work with you to set up a representation plan that works within your budget.
